• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it is converted to real balance only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements are calculated by multiplying the bonus amount by the specified multiplier. Example: ৳500 bonus × 20x = ৳10,000 in bets required.
• For Sports Betting wagering calculations, bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or higher are generally accepted.
• Every bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• You may not have more than one active bonus at a time, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• If bonus abuse or any attempt to misuse a bonus is detected, cv33apk reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.

All payments on cv33apk are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no fees on deposits. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (bKash/Nagad) and ৳2,000 (bank transfer).
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Direct withdrawal of a deposit may not be permitted until the amount has been wagered at least once — this is a measure to prevent money laundering.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account's VIP tier.
• Cv33apk may temporarily hold any withdrawal request for additional verification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cv33apk and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Creating an account using another person's identity.
• Deliberately operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly (bonus hunting).
• Exploiting any technical glitch or vulnerability in cv33apk's system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to collude with other players to influence the outcome of a game.
• Using automated betting software or bots.
• Making a deposit using a stolen or another person's payment method.

If suspicious activity is detected, cv33apk will launch an immediate investigation. The account may be temporarily restricted while the investigation is ongoing.

Cv33apk may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

If an account is closed with no rule violations, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. In cases of rule violations, cv33apk reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance.

Even if you disagree with a decision made by cv33apk, you are still required to follow the rules while gaming. Violating the rules during an ongoing dispute will count against you in the resolution process.
